Privacy policy

Account details you give us (name or pen name, email address, preferred language), the poems and drafts you write, memories you enter for guided writing, gift content such as photos and messages, and basic technical information such as device type and referring link.

To run your account, save your drafts, produce the poems and gifts you request, moderate public submissions, fulfil paid orders, and understand which entry pages bring people to Dristikon.

Drafts and private gifts are private by default. Private gifts are reachable only through a long, non-guessable link, are not listed publicly, and are excluded from search engine indexing. Memories you enter for guided writing are not sent to analytics tools.

Facebook is an acquisition and sharing channel only. We do not require Facebook login, we do not read your Facebook profile, we do not verify follower status, and we never post on your behalf. Where a Meta Pixel or analytics tool is used, it runs only after you consent.

We share data only with service providers needed to run Dristikon, such as our hosting platform and our payment processor. We do not sell personal data.

You can edit or delete your poems and gifts, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated content. Contact us and we will confirm within a reasonable time.
